The Library Administrator Information panel is the "control point" of the user interface. Selecting a book from the search window presents this panel, which contains information about the book and the options available for using it.  
The options available will vary according to the authentication status of the user. That is, the view presented to an authenticated user (coming from a library portal) is differ
