Testing for Access
First Steps for Library Administrators
After setting up IP Authentication, take these steps to make sure your settings are configured correctly.
- Log in with your password to your admin account.
- Make sure that you can view the titles in the collection(s) that you have subscribed to:

Any result or title produced by these searches should be viewable as a entire book (not just the first few pages, as on the public site.)
If this is not the case, please contact support@canadianelectroniclibrary.ca sending a sample of a link not working.
To test an address, go to desLibris from the address being tested and execute this test search.
The title ("Evidence of the Socio-economic Importance of Polar Bears for Canada") should appear, and you should be able to view each of the 88 pages of the document.
If the full book does not display, the IP address you have entered is invalid. Contact us for help.
