Downloading the Title List

Summary

The Title list is stored with the MARC record download functionality.

Steps

  1. Log into desLibris
  2. Select the Dashboard
  3. Select MARC Delivery Service. This will open a new window. Please check to see if your popup blocker has stopped the window from opening.
  4. Select Initial Download


On the Initial Download tab you will see All Entitlements (Books) and All Entitlements (Documents)
 
Select the download option under the Excel header to get a list of all Titles in Excel format that includes the columns;
 
  1. DocID
  2. Type
  3. Collection
  4. Title
  5. Publisher
  6. PubDate
  7. Print ISBN
  8. Electronic ISBN
  9. Dewey
  10. LCCN
