Search Features for Library Admins Only
What extra search elements are available to me as an administrator?
Several elements of the user interface are available to Administrators only.
When logged in with an Admin password, the following two components of the Search interface are not visible to users.
Available to your Library
This panel shows the titles in the collection which are available to your library's users
as a result of your license agreements.
"Full text available" is your library's "entitlement."
"Full text not available" are titles not licensed by your library.
Apply Search Constraints, if checked, shows that Search constraints have been set.
You may uncheck this option to see all titles.
Your Library's Holdings
This panel shows titles held by your library by license type and collection.
Books Owned are books licensed under perpetual access terms.
Books Available but not Owned are titles which may be purchased.
